At all of those bar-gaming places, they use a fairly primitive points system. $1 coin-in earns 1 point.
Parenthetically, their VP is about 96% return, so the cost of the steak dinner is about $8 expressed in EV. Normally, I wouldn't make the trip, but all reports are that the steak is excellent.
