I somehow don't expect that LVA, which has been rocked back on its heels by the pandemic just like every other business in Vegas and the US, is going to want or be able to give discounts.
Besides...since the LVA book is worth about five times what you pay for it, why would you want or try to get it cheaper?

Again if you didn't use any coupons he has said you'll be able to return for one 2021. Very fair.

Which is why I don't go to a small business in my town and try to dicker and bargain to save a few cents at the owner's expense.

Jokare....can you provide more details? Was this a private conversation, or maybe an answer in a forum? I had asked a couple months ago whether LVA was going to extend coupons into 2021 and never really got an answer. If you're saying unused 2020 coupon books can be returned to be replaced by the 2021 version for free, that's even better. Thanks!
