I wanted to tackle two topics:
Prizes: Sometimes fulfillment gets behind or a claim gets lost (or its just stuck in junk mail in some cases), but most of the time we've been able to resolve it. We know that it can be frustrating so we appreciate your patience.
Tech: Our site geolocates players because certain states do not allow tournaments for prizes. Sometimes geolocation may disrupt the registration process. The second main issue is with Adobe Flash. Certain browsers have decided to not support Flash by default. You have to make sure you have flash installed and up to date. Here is a great reference link: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
