Hello, I have copied an email below that I sent last Thursday May 5th. I have not heard back from anyone and the missing book has still not arrived. As I said below we recieved communication that our order would ship in two separate packages but we have not received the second one and it has been a few weeks now. Could you please advise as to what I should do next? Ty :)

We ordered two books but only one came in the mail. I did notice that it mentioned below that these would arrive in two separate packages, but it has been over a week now and the other book has not arrived. Please advise, thx. :)
