Calling is not really an option, can we do this online somehow?
We don't have an ordering function for that service. Calling isn't an option because of the time difference? You can call and request it when you get to town.

Its not so much the time difference, its im in the middle of the North Sea with zero signal. I get back on shore next Saturday 18th and fly to USA that day. I would like the book to be at my hotel when i get there on Sunday 19th as i just have a couple of days in Vegas.
If i supplied an email could you not send me a paypal invoice for the $10? Thanks.
