While I am a computer "dinosaur", with minimal skills in the area, I had a similar problem. Took me quite a while to fix it, but did it eventually
Easiest thing, in my opinion, is to first try to use another browser when going on the LVA site. IE use Chrome vs Firefox. This might be an instant fix.
Other option, and can / should also be done, is to clear the cache. I believe that both the browser has a cache, as does windows 10. You can get online to find exact step by step instructions to clear the cache for each. This gets rid of a lot of often unused files that can cause connection and other issues.
Hope this helps.

This is a bug that has been present on the LVA site for years. In general, sad to say, the LVA site just doesn't function well. One of the worst "features" has been the popup ads, which, as I'm sure you've noticed, "prioritize" themselves over loading content that you actually want. Frequently, when something won't load and/or your password/login credentials don't stick, it's because a popup ad has inserted itself into the process.
Unfortunately, the makers of these ads are very sophisticated in thwarting any attempts you might make to bypass them, such as installing popup blockers. The only solutions I can suggest are 1) use a different browser from the one you normally employ just to surf LVA, and 2) use the best internet connection you have available so that the popup ads load their damn selves already and you can get to the content you want.
Clearing the cache and cookies used to work, but it doesn't for me any more. Might work for you, though. Good luck.

Are you still incountering this problem? If so, give us a call at 702-252-0655 and we will see if we can help get you logged in.
Years ago I had similar problem. At the same time I couldn't log into one of my medical portals. I call that medical help number and the lady had me switch my browser from IE to whatever I have now (I'm also a dinosaur), which instantly fixed the medical portal and at the same time magically fixed access to LVA. Never any more trouble. Good luck.

The explanation is straightforward and it's intentional..
This website inundates visitors with advertisements and requires cookies to be enabled for login, as it aims to monitor your activity and leave a trace of your actions. Privacy is a concern that few pay attention to, and both MGM and Caesars exemplify this, as long as they are insured against cyberattacks or can transfer the costs to their customers and stakeholders, this will continue.
If you hold privacy in high regard, you probably use extensions like ad blockers to prevent such websites from tracking your online activity.
If you're likeminded to @O2bnVegas, your browser is standard and operates at the most basic level. Microsoft Edge is a decent default browser if configured correctly. However, to access this site, you'll need to temporarily disable all settings and then reactivate them once you're done.

This as well as all the other problems we experience accessing the LVA website started when they introduced the popup ads. Those are designed to be obnoxious, obtrusive, and difficult to evade. Most pop-up ads are designed to, and do, easily evade pop-up blockers.
One might ask why Microslop, Goofle, etc. don't have better and more sophisticated ways to protect your privacy. The answer is that they sell their products (browsers, etc.) with the expectation that those who stuff them into your hardware and software (just try doing anything without them) will be installing sophisticated bots that track and report your every move. Thus, not only is privacy not a feature, it's an anti-feature. Use their products, and you become a bug under a magnifying glass.
My pathetic little defense is to actually look at the ads and make a mental note to never buy the products or services advertised. I unfortunately don't have the time or resources to level the corporate headquarters of those companies with explosives.
And it looks like about a week's worth of posts in most of the other forums just vanished?
RIght now I can read Bob Dancers post from Oct 31 but can not read his post from Nov 7. It says I have to sign in even though I am signed in. When I hit sigh in and sign in again it takes me back to a home screen and when I go to read Dancer's blog from Nov 7 I still get the same sign-in message.

Well, you ain't missing much--his most recent post is just a bunch of trite generalizations.
Are you accessing his column from the "Blogs" drop-down menu?
