I guess I don't see any concern. Your just playing $10 to get $10 free play. There is no mention of earning points of any kind.
Coupons should not be affected, 2-for-1 buffets and the match plays should be good as well as the free play thing. Tier points for new members and existing members, that's the big issue that we are facing...
the only problem that I see at this time, and it's a serious thing, all tiers are scheduled to reset by 01/01/19. And then, it would take 750 tier points just to enter Sapphire level which would make the player eligible to earn points. However, it takes a hell of a play to earn 750 tier pts on videopoker. Not sure about black jack , but that not so much my favorite game. I therefore take it more or less everything stays as it is until the end of this year, but if Boyd will not make adjustments of its club rules I am afraid they will lose a lot of customers in 2019.
