As of 2-10-2022 have not received my discount book for 2022 , mailed renewal form & check #12693 in the amount of $53.50 on November 13, 2021, check has been cashed by LVA & cleared our account.Called Tuesday of this week & left message no reply. Please advise status. Thanks

Hmmm seems like it must be lost in the mail. We will send another one out today.
Super, Thanks Tanya LVA people are the best, not blaming usps but was on phone twice today on checks mailed in Jan that have not cleared our credit union.
