One strong clue is that VPFree2 doesn't list any machines at the Carousel bar. They usually list everything in a given casino that's halfway decent.

And as far as the Aristocrats are concerned, in the listings of playable bartop games, those machines are mentioned and specifically excluded. They would have to have crap paytables for VPFree2 to do that.

And in the very, very, very, very, very unlikely event that there is a +EV play at the Carousel bar with the coupon, ain't nobody gonna spill the beans.

In the latest YouTube video about the LVA book, Anthony said the $500 FP for a Royal Flush coupon was moved out of the book because it wasn't a positive EV play due to the pay tables at the Carousel bar.  But with the coupon it moves your odds to 99.6%.  I might play if the weather is good and I want to be outside away from smoke for a bit, but doubtful it's a destination.

Someone just reported to vpFREE2.com that the 50c through $5 paytables at the Carousel Bar have been upgraded and now have 9/6 JoB and 9/6 Bonus Deluxe.

Interesting, I wonder if that pushes the $500 free play on a royal to over 100% from 99.6%.

I was just going to write that but you beat me to it.  I'm going to play it and I don't mind those Aristocrat machines.  You just have to get used to them.  I didn't like them at first but I found the only playable game on those at an indian casino and WI (with promos only) and I got used to them.  

They are not Aristocrat machines, just regular IGT machines.

If you are playing 9/6 bonus deluxe, that 5000 coin royal pushes it up to 100.16%. The full pay joker poker game is 100.65% so Plaza does offer a better game there.

Good, they must have replaced them.  Still too chilly outside for me, but if it's good weather I'll probably play.
