Thank you for posting that! I was concerned since i plan to spend some time at the Circa pool.
Of course, the fact that only a total numbnuts would frolic in a pool with a bunch of unmasked people still applies. Opening up pools at this stage of the game was moronic.
After seeing pictures in the paper a couple of weeks ago, the Gaming Commission issued a statement warning casinos that their agents will be patroling pools to make sure social distancing is followed in the near future. Obviously they don't have enough folks to cover all casino pools, but the first casino that's slapped with a fine might make others take notice. They did a good job enforcing social distancing from the limited number of pools (three) I went to in June, and at the MBay wave pool over Thanksgiving.
