Problems w LVA website

I'm posting this to find out if anyone else has this problem.

I use my iPhone to read the LVA. However, I have encountered an ongoing problem that I am told cannot be fixed by the LVA IT staff. I have been told that the problem must be with my phone

Whenever I try to read the Vegas News, a Google ad covers so much of the content that I can't read it!  I have clicked on the "feedback" and "why this ad," etc, etc. Nothing works to move/remove the ad so I can read what's underneath!!

Although I hardly ever get to LV anymore, I continue to subscribe to the LVA because I enjoy the features - or at least I used to.  Also, I like to support the LVA because of the great value and insights I have gotten from it over the years.  However, if the problem that I have described is not fixed, I will not renew again.

Saw your post and I tried the Vegas News with my Apple phone and I have no ads causing problems. I use my phone always for the news. Sorry can't be of help.

Can you try changing browsers on your cell phone?  I only use my desktop PC for LVA, but there was a time when I ran into difficulty like that, couldn't get on at all, no help from the office (not that they didn't try).

By happenstance I had to change my browser to view some medical records, and voila, there was LVA too!

You can probably tell I'm centuries behind on using my cell phone.

Good luck.

How painful and patient you must be to read the news on your cell phone. If you would've written on a tablet such as iPad, then that would make more sense. But since the OP hasn't replied back maybe it was malware on their phone.
