Purchased Download - Why no link after 3 days?

Purchased Download on Monday. It's now Wednesday and no link to download. What is the hold up please?

You should be receiving the download link in an email from Mr. Dunbar shortly.

Thanks... Was in my spam.  Still can't get it to work/ My PC thinks it is an Excel file and can't run it. Not sure what to do now.

I guess it IS an excell program. You guys should probably mention that Excel is required for the downloaded version. I may have overlooked, but...
