Silver Sevens Blackjack MRB

Do I misunderstand how this is supposed to work?

I understood that it could be used monthly. Once it was redeemed, a similar voucher could be had from Silver Sevens kiosks each subsequent month through the end of the year.

Having successfully redeemed the coupon in August, I attempted to receive a September voucher tonight. It was not there. When I asked at the casino cage/promotions desk, manager "Flowers" said both that their accountant would look into it, and that the problem was due to a kiosk update.

I don't know what to make of those responses, but I wasn't able to use this MRB coupon as I was expecting.

Your understanding is correct and it has worked as advertised for me and many other people over the past several months. You have a right to be disappointed, but they likely told you the truth about the cause.

Very well.

I hope my experience serves as a warning to Huntington Press and its customers about Silver Sevens' diligence in honoring this commitment.

Unfortunately, Dan, Silver Sevens has a lonnnnnnng history, dating back to when it was named Terrible's and before that, the Continental, of fucking up, canceling, or simply reneging on its promotions. There's a better than even money chance that if you're trying to redeem or take advantage of an offer, coupon, etc., that there'll be a "malfunction" or some boothling will tell you that the offer doesn't apply on odd-numbered days, during a full moon, blah blah blah.

For the above reason, I no longer set foot in the place. The gambling is shit anyway and the food is mediocre. The LVA coupon makes a short visit worth your while--IF they honor the coupon, and as I said, "if" has always been the keyword for this joint.
