Thank you to the staff and Anthony

We missed picking up our books by 30 mins on our January trip and were not able to get them in the mail for our febuary trip so with the help of Anthony and the staff our books were delivered to our hotel for our arrival at Green Valley Ranch.  This allowed us to have breakfast at Emerald Island using the 2 for 1 coupon our first morning.  And after playing for a few hours at the Pass and Rainbow we headed back to Green Valley up 500 dollars and a set of steak knives.  What a great way to start a trip.  Thanks for great customer service.

I don't know of another business that is more customer focused as The Las Vegas Advisor.   They seem to not mind stopping what they are doing to meet a need.  An model of over-and-above customer service for a really small membership cost.  Thanks for posting your good experience, Brent Kline.  And...oh, P.S. I don't work for LVA, in case someone wondered.  Just couldn't hold back!  LOL.

Good to hear. We do what we can. Kind of deflating when we get people telling us we're greedy or scammers. It's nice to hear this side.

Just a little feedback, we used the LVA mrb coupons for the 241 breakfast buffet at Southpoint and the 241 at the AYCE buffet for breakfast at the Palms. Both were excellent. We had not been to the Palms in years and were very pleased with the quality of the food and service. Southpoint has always and still is the best value in Las Vegas, in our opinion. We used the free play coupons at El Cortez, 4 Queens, Ellis Island, and the Plaza.  At the Plaza, Elaine hit four 3s with a kicker on her last spin, ON FREE PLAY!  Broke even or made a little on the others. Las Vegas has changed  drastically since we started coming in 2004 but with careful choices and LVA it is possible to eat well at reasonable prices and  gamble with decent odds. We will stick with LVA and the properties that still offer value. Thanks. Not sure how much longer it will last but opportunities still exist. On another note, road construction is horrendous and the worst it's ever been. Please warn members to allow extra time to get ANYWHERE.
