I agree that political things that he, or others posts outside of the Sink shouldn't be allowed, but Admin needs to deal with it. But to come outside of the Sink to repost things other posters have said in the Sink, is juvenile.
Edso says it well. If you people want to engage in that crap, go ahead, but leave it in the sink. And be aware that we're not gonna spend our assets policing it. Threats especially, along with blantantly over-the-top vitriol, will draw our ire, but that's about it. Those who bring the Sink into other areas, including this one, are the ones who are breaking rules and risk losing privileges.

This is one of the most disappointing and amazing posts you have ever made. For years you posted rules that condemned the filth and verbal attacks made towards others, and now you have obviously given in to the one person who has abused and ignored your rules the most - both in and out of the Sink for years. You have barred him repeatedly in the past for the same things you now condone - and now you threaten those who have been the object of Lewis's filth and verbal assaults with "losing priviliges" if they bring this despicable behavior to your attention. What happened to the once great Las Vegas Advisor that used to be a place for civil, informative and enjoyable content? I and I know I speak for others, am disappointed knowing that Lewis will be allowed to run roughshod over any and everyone - without recourse.
Why not get rid of it? To me it adds no value to what I think is your company's vision/mission. You have a great product and these forums are a great source of info. Posts in the sink often bleed into other topics on these forums and I start to read a thread and away it goes....off topic about some political ramblings etc.

Bullshit. Do you think I don't see what's happening. Lewis can't control himself. That's his weakness. And you exploit it at every opportunity. You follow him around and poke and jab until you elicit a reaction. Of the two of you, it's you that are the primary offender. He keeps it in the Sink. You bring it out. I've said it 20 times and I'll say it again, if you don't like what he says, stay out of there.

While KL can be extremely political in is views, he does provide lots of great info when it comes to LV with his vast experiences, which he is always willing to share. Keep up the great work with your outstanding site. If others don't care for the content, they can always just stop frequenting it.
It's something that some people want. I don't know why, but it is. I'm also a free-speech advocate. I get criticized all the time here and especially in YouTube comments. I don't always respond, but I never take the negative comments down. Honestly, I don't see a problem with what goes on in the Sink if it stays there.

I enjoy much of the content posted in every other section of the forum, I don't see much content from many of the sink posters in different forums, so if the sink posters leave, oh well.

Edso, I appreciate your comments, though I kind of wonder what "extremely political" is or means. Certainly, other posters here besides me are extremely political. But I do try to keep it in the Sink. God knows, if I even so much as mention Trump in a post elsewhere besides the Sink, one or more of a certain cadre here will erupt like overripe zits. Even if I simply said, "God, I love T**** and want him to be king for life."
I do share the same puzzlement, though...if ya don't like it, don't read it, I would say to anyone complaining about posts in the Sink. And I don't think that TRUMP, given that his fat, uh, brand name is on top of a Vegas hotel tower, should be in and of itself a taboo word here--but I won't mention him beyond here again.
