It's not printed inside the book. It is a seperate coupon (just like in prior years) that they slip into the book.
After I posted..... I happened to glance at the wife's end table... I think she was hiding it from me!

My wife and I were planning to go to Wicked Spoon on Easter (April 1st). Does anyone know if Easter is considered a blackout date for the coupon? Thanks for everyone's help!
