"Casino Sales Executive" at Harrahs & Harveys Tahoe. Where do they come up with these titles?

I received a survery for both casinos asking me if I used a casino sales executive and how important they were to my experience. I haven't used one whatever they do, so not that important to my experience.


Casino Sales Executive makes me think of the condo sales people trying to get me to their presentation.
Or they want to sell the casino to me?

My Tahoe offers have very much declined lately, maybe due to summer and maybe they have an increase in players now.

The difference between a condo sales executive and a CET sales executive: A condo sales executive is persistent, while a CET sales executive doesn't return messages. Lol

Tony, CET is doing such a lousy job of communicating and following up that it is costing them business.

Lack of follow up caused me to book an offer at Wynn on June 23-24. For the record, I could have booked a room at a few secondary Caesars properties online. But very turned off by the lack of customer service so we will be taking our gambling $$$ elsewhere. And I wasn't the one initiating the conversation, he was doing the recruiting!

The new tier match has me going elsewhere also - staying at Wynn on a comp for our next quickie trip because I do not want to have to be chained to a slot machine. For some reason a random comp from Wynn feels like a bonus but CET is starting to feel like work. I will not be going to CET props unless I feel a "gambling bender" coming on - lol. It is 500 pts minimum for me or stay at another property!
