24 Hour Buffet Pass Strategy

We're heading to Caesars next weekend and going to use our 24 hour buffet passes for signing up for the Total Rewards Visa Card. We're arriving Sunday afternoon and leaving Tuesday late afternoon.

Has anyone mapped out the best strategy for getting the most of out it? We're not interested in hitting all of them, but at least 3-4 meals and maybe a late night dessert or even early morning snack. What we don't want is long lines. That might be asking too much, but I know there are better times than other to hit up the buffets. I remember seeing a thread about which ones allow the Platinum card holders a shorter line.

Any recent experiences anyone can share?

Thanks in advance.

Jeff

We have done the Buffet of Buffets pass twice. The first time, we ate like it was our job and we were miserable for two days. We started at Paris for breakfast, stopped for a "snack" at Harrahs, then went to the old Lago buffet at Caesar's because we had never been there. Paris was the breakfast choice the next morning. Even though you tell yourself not to gorge, food starts looking good and before you know it, you're stuffed worse than a turkey on thanksgiving.

So when we got the same offer you did, we slowed way down. We did Paris for a light breakfast and then went to Caisar's Bachannal for dinner. That was way more realistic. We had breakfast at Paris the next day. I should add that we were staying at Paris.

Unless you have the will power of a saintt, two in one day is plenty!

Good Luck which ever way you go,
That being said, it reminded me of a Package I used many years ago, maybe 15,
It was for R/T airfare, 7 nights hotel and 3 Buffets a Day, So I bought this deal and
it was for the " drum roll please " Fremont Downtown ! At check in they gave me a
punch card with a spot to be punched out for 21 Buffets at the Fremont, Ooofff !
The best "bang for your buck" would be to start with Dinner, and probably the later the better. Then, have breakfast the next morning, a "snack" in the afternoon, and finish up with Dinner later. Most of the buffets have Platinum lines, so your wait is minimal.

Hope this helps!!

Agreed. Eat a late dinner ~ 7:00pm - 8:00pm or so the first night, regular breakfast, afternoon snack and then a dinner at around 6:00pm or so.

I had a diamond card when I did it so lines weren't a problem. My personal favorite is the Rio buffet for dinner, since I feel the Spice Market Buffet @ PH has gone downhill.
Agree that the Spice Market is not as good as in the past, but still pretty good. Rio is a solid choice but we find it inconvenient. We just did this buffet of buffets thing a couple of weeks ago and really liked Paris for breakfast and Bacchanal at Caesars for a late lunch. Paid the upcharge with RC's so it was painless and they had a Platinum line (it was a Thursday afternoon) so less than 5 minute wait. Enjoy!
WARNING: Your pass begins when TR issues it, not when you decide to use it. So don't get it until you are ready to eat.

Awesome advice! Using the TR visa offer in October and would not have known this!

Similar question, we have 2 Total Reward Visa Cards so they sent us 2 coupons. The Visa is actually the same account though. Anyone else receive 2 and try to use them 2 days in a row? I'm wondering if they sent us 2 by mistake.
Do you have 2 separate total reward accounts? If so, each of you should be able to redeem the coupon.
