The one thing that my host told me that's different this year is that you're SUPPOSED to go to the Total Rewards booth in the casino where you plan to dine to get the voucher. Honestly, I don't know if that's true or not since I was already staying where we planned to eat.
I still have $300 left to use. Gotta make sure I do that. I am 7 Stars until March 31, 2017, but I'm so disillusioned with CET since the whole bankruptcy cuts happened that I don't even want to play there anymore.
Enjoy your benefits and hope they don't downgrade them again come April 1, 2016.
Sorry Mare, your host doesn't have a clue either! You can get those vouchers printed in Atlantic City (they've got a kiosk to print them from) and use them ANYWHERE that accepts them. It doesn't matter where they are printed. If you're in Vegas you can get them printed at the Linq and use them at Caesars if you want. There is nothing on them that prohibits this and you sure the hell don't need a reservation made through a host (or any reservation for that matter).
I just love the way CET wants their 7* players to do everything through a host because it's supposed to "enhance your experience" as they say. The only problem is their players know more about the system than they do.
