80,000 aspiration

I made the 80,000 aspiration level around 3 weeks ago. I left a message for my 'host' 3 weeks ago because I know when I want to go on my trip. I have never heard back from her. Is this usual? Should I ask for another host? I would think she would call just to say congrats or something. Am I asking too much of harrahs?
The best way that I contact my host is email. She responds pretty quickly and then follows up with a phone call. WIth an email, you have a record that you contacted them. I will say that hosts are like everyone else and take vacations but sometimes they quit or are fired and their replacement doesn't contact you for awhile. As far as them contacting you? Not likely! I was shocked when a host at another property told me how many 7 stars there were just at his property...In the thousands. There are a lot of us to reach the 80,000 level.

You are smart to be thinking about this early. I wanted to go to New Orleans and waited until the last minute and then couldn't go when I had the time off.

If the email doesn't work, I would email or call total rewards. What property is your host at? Maybe I could suggest someone else?

I also contact my host via email requesting what I want/need & he gets back to me on a timely basis.
As tedde22 said contact your host as early as possible.
Your host may be on vacation this holiday week.

Three weeks...way too long to expect a return call.
Maybe she didn't get the part that you already have trip dates in mind.

E-mail is best. Spell out what you want in it, your dates, specific offer, etc.
Another reason e-mail is best--your e-mail will bounce back if they are no longer on the job.
As in quit, fired, moved, etc.

If that happens, call the property and ask to speak to a Host.

I tend to text my hosts and they reply promptly. Try asking for a new host. :D
I did and they said no, this quarter already passed. Guess 80,ooo points is nothing to them even though I am now over 100,000
I'm 7 Stars through March 2017 and that doesn't matter to CET, either. They really have head-up-ass syndrome these days.

I hope you get your situation worked out soon.
Mare - not yet. I am close to being 7 stars now and this will be the one and only time I will do it. I am done with them.
Sorry to hear you've heard nothing yet.

Honestly, I got to 7 Stars again this year because I went to visit a friend a couple times and played at Harrah's to hang out with her, plus, I still had $700 free play offers through, I believe it was March. And then I got the 25k tier bonus for earning 50k tier by March and then the additional 10k bonus they gave to 7 Stars with the email offer. I was then so close I decided to finish it off, but I admit now that I feel like a fool for doing it. CET doesn't give a damn about their players.

I feel like I need to continue with CET to "get" what I earned by getting to 7 Stars, but what I really want to do is move on and not look back. BEING 7 Stars and having benefits of that tier that you have to go through a host to get make it difficult to move on. So, consider that before you lose anymore money to get there. At this point with CET, I don't believe it's worth it.
My feelings exactly. I have about 27,000 points left to get and am going to Vegas in oct. we are also going for Nye because we got airfare from Chicago for $238 rt. so between those trips I should do it. I am picking my 80,000 trip in March because my husband loves march madness and then probably my 7stars trip next Nye. Next year I will not be chasing to get the 2500 points for the extra 5000 points because they have shown no 'loyalty' to their players.
