AC Diamond Lounges NO LONGER FREE, unless 7* or 25,000 Tier Points

I'm surprised they didn't do it sooner. We've heard of the mostly Local
diamonds, milking the D.L. s for YEARS. I know they do it in Laughlin alot. lol

AC D.L.'s have been Soooooooooo much better than here.......... forever.

We get chips & drinks in our D.L.'s most of the time, for our "Free" entry. Big whoop.

I'd pay the 10 bucks, for the DL if its Good.

Like B-guy laments, its tougher for table players. Same here. And you still get........chips.
But not the kind you can cash. lol

But, to be fair and balanced....

Table players do get more discretionary comps, and 'easier' access to LFB/RFB. Quite frankly, with even LFB, one can dine at the cafe, noodle bar, or any CET bar for *zero* --- which often 'beats' the Diamond Lounge experience.

Lounges in AC are amazing compared to the rest of the CET world. Lots of food options.

And, based on talks with people there, they have a ton of locals that eat there almost daily. So, a $10 charge is not terrible. But, if you only want a place to sit down and maybe a drink, it sucks.

With all the hurt that AC is getting, you have to wonder how much sense this makes in the long run.

I think it weeds out the daily repeat offenders...........those that get Diam status, and eat off
their level the rest of the year.......without extra play. I don't blame CE in that case.

how about 1000 points only if you eat, keep the bar seperate or 1000 points before 630 pm.

Has anyone been to the DL since the new policy went into effect? I'm curious as to the changes they have made.

IMO, The D-F rating given to the DL was in comparison to the Amphora Lounge. My take on the upgraded experience CET is promising is they intend to have the DL compete with the Amphora Lounge. If this is the case, It would be worth the charge,but I can't see CET putting their money where their mouth is

The upgrades are a joke. Went last week to the Dia Club in the Showboat with the 2 free passes received in the mail (I usually make 15-20k in tier score) Food still bland and big deal-the bar upgrades according to the bartender include Johnnie Walker plus 2 others. They dont even have grey goose vodka. The only difference in the place was the amount of people which was less than half.
Been going there for years and trust me the upgrades they were suppose to make as of 6/13 are little to none.
