Additioal Tier Bonus in my email on 4/21

I received an additional 10,000 tier credits in my email yesterday just for accepting them. Nice. Anyone else?

Yes, I also received 10k tier.

Total Rewards Loyalty Tier Credit Bonus Terms and Conditions
1. This Loyalty Tier Credit Bonus (“Offer”) is open to all Total Rewards members (who are members in good standing during the entire duration of the Offer Period.). Subject to T otal Rewards Rules at www.TotalRewards.com.
2. Total Rewards members with a valid and deliverable email address will receive an email to opt into the Offer.
3. Total Rewards member must click on the “accept” button on the email to process the Offer.
4. Offer is based on member’s Tier Status at the time the Offer is accepted:

b. Diamond members receive 1,000 Tier Credits
c. Platinum members receive 500 Tier Credits

5. The Loyalty Tier Credit Bonuses awarded from this Offer will be added within 14 days after the member opts in to the Offer through the email, with all Loyalty Tier Credit Bonuses being awarded no later than 7/15/2015.

I got the 1000.

I too got 1,000 tier credits. Hubby and son got the 100.

I received 1000.

I got the 500

I got 500 (Platinum.. earned 9,800 during first 3 months including winter bonus). Wife is gold (maybe 1,000 TC's total this year). Her bonus was 1,000 TC's.

A 1,000 here too.

So what does this bullet point mean exactly?

8. Tier bonus credits, including this Offer, do not count toward ... Promotional tier credit earnings?

I purposely left out the rest of the words in the sentence, because that all makes sense. But tier bonus credits don't count toward promotional tier credit? I must be missing something.

- You can buy stuff with Reward Credits. Not with Tier Credits.
- These Tier bonus credits will not be doubled like they were during the promotion which ended March 31st. So, for instance, I cannot expect my 1000 TCs to be doubled to 2000, because that promotion is gone.
