Anyone besides my brother not get their Race for Rewards credits?

My brother has been waiting for his 15,000 points to show up in rewards credits but until today they were a no show. He and his wife swiped their cards and played more than the necessary 1 point at each of the 3 locations for this promotion, she got her points, but he didn't. He checked today while he was in Laughlin and was told he was only credited for play at the Rio and Rincon for this promo. From what he said, a Laughlin TR supervisor was able to correct this for him and he was credited the 15,000 reward credit points.

Good to hear he got it straightened out. We got ours over nite on Oct 31 just as promised, but what you describe was indeed my nightmare. For the full month of Oct---between the end of the earing period and the posting of the points----I was nervous. Could I prove we were in three+ locations? But I give them credit because worry was for naught. What a great promotions.

I was concerned too. I was done with the 5 locations I chose when someone on this board talked about leaving a few cents on a machine when you cashed out so you had a ticket showing you were at that location. I do commend CET for a pretty good promotion for any level of player.
