Anyone else planning to do The Great Race to Rewards?

ok, I was at Joliet last night and it seems they have been informed you only need to swipe at one location and then you're good to go.

Quick question. I was in Las Vegas at the start of July, but I didn't know this program was taking place. I did earn tier credits at many Caesars properties. I opted in on-line afterwards when I got home. Should I bother earning some points at Harrahs Chester and make a stop there on the way to Atlantic City, or is there no point since my activity in Las Vegas may not count? Is there anyone I can contact at Total Rewards who could help?

In the latest issue of Total Rewards magazine, the promo stated "swipe" at each location. Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing?

He's been the contact person for Caesars on this promotion. I went through the CET website and used the "contact us" button, once you get past all the FAQ they want you to read, you can leave an email. I just said please forward this email to Johnny Hernandez Corp Promotions. I had a reply by the next day.

I had a similar experience this weekend. Bally's said you had to swipe at each location and Laughlin said only once was neccesary. Bally's did not have a seperate kiosk while Laughlin did. I figure it's better to swipe at each location to be safe.

uhhh.... does anyone else notice the 2 different promos named great race to rewards? One uses facebook and or foursquare. The other has kiosks in some or most of the TR sites in casinos. I think the confusion is pretty reasonable, once that difficulty is outed. Right or left hand, johnny may run one but not the other: the kiosk screen was not up in rio but was in laughlin 4 weeks ago. registering for the one driven by social networking sites may not be enough to get y'all the 3-600 dollars in comps I hope we get. Next time i swipe in a casino, I'll be looking carefully at whether the screen reports I have entered already. If not, I wouldn't guarantee the online registration at playtotalrewards is enough to pile on the comp dollars. Hope this helps someone out. Good luck!

Actually there are at least FIVE different promotions, all with the same name of “Great Race to Rewards”.

1 - Multiple Destinations Bonus: Visit 3 or more of 20 destinations. Swipe card, earn 1 Tier point.

2 – TR Leisure Offer: Earn 50 Reward Credits by spending at least a total of $50 at 3 qualified shops, which can be at one casino. Eligible to earn 500 Reward Credits once a week.

3 – Instant Win Game: May enter daily online.
