Anyone else planning to do The Great Race to Rewards?

I'm pretty sure to earn the bonus reward credits, one needs to opt in and earn at least 1 point in a minimum of 3 markets.
Every place I have asked gives a different answer Corporate says one swipe most of the Total rewards desk say must swipe at every location.
I think there is likely going to be a lot of confusion at the end of this promo. I am keeping up with time and date I played so I can tell them at
the end.

Yes, Lisa, that is correct.
According to the Rules in the Total Rewards Magazine, you must visit 3 or more of the 20 casino destinations and swipe your TR card at each destination.

In the magazine, I found it amusing that they did 3 stories - giving examples of 3 different couples and their quests for points.
Trip 1 - Max & Abbie hit 4 destinations for 30,000 RC
Trip 2 - Jack & Eliana hit 3 destinations for 15,000 RC
Trip 3 - Bill & Karen hit 5 destinations for 45,000 RC

My question: Why did each couple only swipe ONE card? If each person had swiped a card, each couple could have earned double the credits. (Husband and I are each swiping our separate cards at each casino - for double the pleasure, double the fun.)
I think it's important to clarify what is required to earn the bonus reward credits as one could be easily confused.

I haven't received my magazine yet. I'm guessing the author of the article wrote it from the perspective that the couple plays on one card.

Lisa, you are correct.
That is why I try to clarify that very point first in the above post about the five different games:

Does anyone know if Horseshoe Hammond has a designated kiosk to swipe or do you have to go to the TRewards desk?
According to the email above where CET is giving credit for the visit to Las Vegas to a2a3dseddie, even tho he opted in on-line AFTER his visit to Las Vegas (which was the right thing to do, by the way). That tells me that there shouldn't be a need to swipe at every location after opting in once, since he not only did not swipe in LV, but hadn't opted in yet at all. I have swiped at each location I visited, but there seems to be alot of confusion about it and I think the email from the CET promotions guy helps clear that up.

We went to Horseshoe Hammond on July 22 and at that time you had to go to the TR desk to sign up. It may have changed since then though. They did have a small sign sitting on the desk with information about the promotion.
How do you get a Total Rewards magazine or is it online? Thanks, Lisa
