Anyone else planning to do The Great Race to Rewards?

According to the rules and email from Total Rewards you can enter online or at Kiosk or Total Rewards booth and once you are enter you do not need to reenter at each
Casino you will be enter for the length of the promotion.

According to him, you do NOT have to swipe at each location....once you are in your in.

Just play 1 base credit. $5 slots or $10 Video Poker.

These links seem to be for 2 totally different contests.

They are two different facets of the Great Race to Rewards. One is the online contest for drawings the other is the casino or destination portion.

It sounds like he was talking about the online drawing contest.

I think there would be a lot less confusion if they used different names for different contests! Geez-Louise! CET at its best.

No, I don't think he was confused. I specifically asked about the destination promo.
Here is my email to him:

My wife and I received our promotional mailer a while back and saw The Great Race To Reward info on the back. We are planning a vacation and are hoping to stop and play and 3 or 4 of your destinations. I've called several of the location and have been getting conflicting information so I wanted to contact Total Rewards myself. Some of the locations are saying that you must just opt into the promotion once; either on-line (which both my wife and I have done) or swipe your card at a kiosk. Other sites did not even know what I was talking about. Other sites said that they do not have kiosks. So, my question is now that my wife and I have both opted in online, is all we have to do is play at the participating locations, or do we have to swipe and register at every location.

Before out trip I'm going to make one last call and talk to someone in person to be sure.

rkmassa - you say you opted in online for the "Destinations" Great Race? Do you have a link?

The first link you posted (from the Rincon site) only had info and no place to opt-in.

And your second link was to sign-up for the "Drawing Contest" Great Race.

Am I missing something?

The second link is what I was given to opt in. Unless I'm wrong once you register and opt on that link you are good for the destination portion as well. As I said, I'm just going to call Total Reward directly and see. IF I am already opted in as Johnny said then that link will work since that is the only link I've used.
