Anything like "RACE FOR REWARDS" THIS SUMMER?

I bet that there will be A Race For Rewards this year. But it will take more points to get cerdit for each casino ,and every casino you will have to checkin at the Rewards Center. At least I hope so!!!

I think we should all write to Total Rewards and ask about it tell them we want to get our trips planned out to the
Six casinos for the summer. Maybe that will get there attention if they get a few thousand emails and encourage
Them to do it again this year. I have truly enjoyed the trips and the rewards credits!

Disappointing to hear they are not considering this promotion.

You know I was thinking about Caesars not having Race for Rewards this year. I have decided to send mail
to them and tell them to look at where and how much I do my gambling. The last 2 years, we have gone to many of their casinos all over the country. Since I have no incentive to go many other places, they are probably losing 50% of what I usually spend, the only information I could find on their web side was this person:

I know I am just one person, but have you ever heard the song "Alice's Restaurant" by Arlo Guthrie ?? He mentions about going into a psychiatrist office singing "you can get anything you want at alice's restaurant" he might think he is really sick and won't take him, if 3 people do it he might think its an organization, and if 50 people like 50 people a day do it, they might think it is a movement. So we can call this the Race for Rewards Movement.

So, lets all let CET, know how we feel, as 1 person I can't totally change the world, but I am encouraging everyone I know to do this and maybe as a combined group (The Race for Rewards Movement), we can get it back next year.

I agree. Last year we played from Cleveland to NOLA with the usual Reno and Vegas trips. We even drove from Indy to Hammond just to get a stop. Most of that itinerary will not happen this year due to no Race. Further we very seldom stayed anywhere but CET properties due to no resort fees. Now not only do they have resort fees but they also try to soak us for early check-in fees. In addition while the resort fee is waived for Platinum and above the amenities cannot be used by those elite customers. This must really be hurting business because the most effected are loyal CET customers like us and deetee above. The Suits who came up with these cost cutting and revenue producing ideas have shot themselves in the foot in my opinion. The early check-in fee is probably the most irritating and ridiculous fee I have every come across. I will not pay it and will come back at 4 to check-in. However if I check-in at 2 I am gaming by 2:30. I will not game until I check-in so the casino has lost a couple of hours of my play and my wife's as well. Dumb huh? I have expressed this to corporate via email but the response I got was canned to fit the subject. Will the head Suits figure it out? Only time will tell.
