Bally's Bazaar Shops - You Must Eat at Del's Lemonade!

We were at Bally's 04/02 thru 04/06. About 1/2 of the bazaar shops were open. Very cool concept. I hope it works!
I located Del's Lemonade (read about it in the March newsletter) and ordered a lobster roll. Talk about yummy! While it is pricey ($15.95), it is very very good. I went back 4 more times. It was consistently yummy and always the same size portion. The 50/50 Lemonade was delightful (1/2 lemonade and 1/2 slushy lemonade). There is a liquor store in the bazaar and we would buy airline size bottles of vodka, and add to the lemonade.

I hope Del's stays busy enough to stay in business. If you get a chance and aren't allergic to shellfish, stop by and try the lobster roll.

We'll be at Bally's the first weekend in June and you can bet I will be eating there at least twice.

Thanks for that info, staying at Bally's mid May. I'll check to see if a menu is online, I'm not a seafood eater so I hope there's some beef or chicken available too. Love your lemonade additive.

Sorry but the bazaar shops didn't impress us. For the 10's of millions they were supposed to have sent on this, I feel the money would have been better spent just about anywhere. I don't see any of the shops having enough of anything to keep folks coming except for many the liquor store but most of the shops are one item type shops and that's a hard way to make a living. If they survive, it will surprise me.

I have to agree. I can't see the shops staying open with the rent they have to pay.

We walked around there a couple weeks ago and didn't think it was anything special. Kinda seemed like an indoor swap meet type place with pushy salespeople. Nothing to draw us back there.
