Ballys, Flamingo or Luxor? Any thoughts?!

Prof. I just checked the rates, (for a potential family member who is contemplating flying in from detriot while I'm in vegas) at all 3 for a 5 day stay Sun 8/21-Fri 8/26. The least expensive rooms at each property are ....Ballys avg 42 a night (south tower), Flamingo (deluxe) 41 a night and Luxor (pyramid room) 60 a night.

I have an idea what the best rooms may be like (Go..Tower..North tower) just curious what the thoughts are on the "best price" rooms were?!


Im doing Ballys for 2 ( and scatterred off strip the rest of the time) but willing to give my cousin the lowdown on all 3!

Note : The Imperial Palace avg 24 a night for the same 5 nights but I don't know if I would tell my cousin about I. P. or not!

We all know you can't just look at price to decide what is best.

This week I was looking for specials, and the deluxe room at TI for $59 would have been my choice.
Check the specials on this site, there were some good offers.

BTW if you stay at Bally's, make sure to spend some time in the poker room. I know you will like it.

It's funny. This last trip we stayed at Caesars, Flamingo, and Palace Station.

The only one I had REAL issues with was the Flamingo, and they are the only one that did not

send me a customer satisfaction survey.

I have read some good stuff about their poker room. High hands with four figured payouts for Royals....sounds like a good time to be had by all.

My only "problem" is last night I got a 2 nights free offer from Stations and I QUICKLY took Red Rock for the same 2 nights I have Ballys. I'll probably hold on to my Ballys reservation anyway since I will probably have family coming down to hang out also!
