Just returned yesterday. From the outside it looks the same as it did in January and March - construction drywall. Did get a sneak peak as construction workers came in and out of a service door by the old Sabarro's and it looked almost done. Tables were in place, etc. Girl behind the counter at Nathan's said they will be opening next week. Not sure if that's accurate or just something they tell everyone knowing that 99% won't be there next week.
