Bally's Rooms vs. Planet Hollywood Rooms

Currently I am in the planning stages of a trip scheduled for June and was wondering if you had to choose between these two places, which one would you pick and why?

I am interested in the rooms (cleanliness, access to elevators, etc.). Any information would be appreciated.

I would choose Ballys new Jubalie room over PH. the rooms are easy to access and the lay out of the property at Ballys is easier to navigate. Don't know what your age is, but PH is more of a younger crowd. don't get me wrong, PH is nice but I would pick Ballys. Just my two cents.

Ditto dallasc5. PHo rooms are dark, they have dinky windows and not enough lights. The shampoo and stuff in the bathroom (which the bathrooms are huge) are in these weird square containers and it's hard to get stuff out. The Jubilee rooms are nice, new beds, nice new safes, fridge in the dresser, just a nice updated room. Only thing, if you want a tub, Jubilee rooms don't have them.

Just not sure. Have stayed at the Bally's in Atlantic City and that is an ok place. The price is right and the only reservation I have right now is all that construction that is going on outside Bally's. I would rather not go to PH because I expect a much younger crowd there.

Doesn't the Hilton Vacation Elara connect with the PHo? Meeting brother-in-law and wife there in March and they are staying at the Hilton Elara. Might be convenient. I am looking for a nice bathroom with big separate tub and glass shower. Besides, I think I like trying new hotels. Never stayed at PHo before. Why not try it if comped.

PHo has large soaking tubs.
