Ballys upgrade without asking. SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i arrived feb 28 about 3:30p and i had requested a king size bet south tower facing north. there was a long line for check in and a ballys person,i am unsure of rank,asked the last gentleman and i to step into the diamond? check in area behind the frosted glass doors. we did and presented my request to the young lady and she offered me s tower with 2 queen beds. i refused politely refuse and then she offered the n tower 21st floor @ no additional charge and of course i accepted. i will b staying again @ ballys in june and i look forward to staying there even if i do not get the n tower.

i did receive room 2127 with a view of bills and a king size bed.

There are certain clubs in Vegas that you can refuse more than two queens all night long! Not that there's anything wrong with that.
