Bellagio Pool Area?

Splurging and staying at Bellagio for the first time next month after getting a $144/night rate plus $100 in dining credits for the 2 nights; figured that put us under $100/night before those ridiculous resort fees).

We want to maximize the pool area, and are curious if anyone has stayed there and can tell us how hard it is to find shade during the day? A cabana is too big a splurge and doesn't make sense cost-wise for 2 of us, so next option might be renting their lounge chairs and umbrellas for the day. Figured I'd ask first here though.

Thanks.
Bellagio has a great pool and finding a chair or shade during the week is no problem. shade my be tough on weekends. they do have a "private" area called cypress which you reserve a lounge and all have umbrellas. I believe it was $50 for the day per person. the lounge chairs are cushioned. the pool attendants are very attentive. we splurged on it one day last july and will do so again this summer. Bellagio has become the only place we stay anymore, you will love it.
Thanks so much for this info--very helpful. We're also looking at the $50 loungers--am I correct in assuming that the free chairs around the pool aren't cushioned or w/umbrellas, like these are?
yes you are correct, they are fine but not as nice and the umbrellas are few.
