I can get 4 nights comped. Which tower would you suggest?. Can get a variety of rooms. Also, next time staying at NYNY. Any suggestions on rooms. I know most have been renovated.

Though I haven't been since about Dec. 2022, I've stayed there many times, different types of rooms.
There are two towers, as you probably know: Bellagio Tower and Spa Tower.
In both towers there are "regular" (run of the house) rooms which are very nice, nothing spectacular but good enough.
Bellagio Tower:
- Rooms (regular and suite) on one side of the of one of the hallways (every floor) overlook the Fountains. Turn to channel 22 when the fountains are running (mostly after 5 pm) and you get the music that is accompanying that particular Fountain show. e.g. Frank Sinatra singing "Luck Be a Lady". If you want that you need to ask your Host ahead of time, or ask at registration when you check in. They are assigned as sort of a premium, but folks have been know to get one just for the asking.
- "Corner" rooms are good, larger than "regular" and have a larger bathroom. Though as you can imagine there are a very limited number of those, just four for every floor, two on each end, one of which faces the Fountains.
- On the other side of the hallway you might have pool view, I think. Nicer than overlooking the AC ducts or parking.
- Suites...they have all kinds of suites, both towers. We liked the Salon Suite facing the Fountains. It isn't really a suite in the full sense of the word, but the room is huge and the bathroom nicer. It probably was the low end of Bellagio suites, as they have all kinds. For just two of us, who needs a suite anyway?
- Elevators are a mad house of people literally dashing to and from, you can get run over. Don't know why everyone is in a hurry; just the way it was designed. I think Steve Wynn learned this building Bellagio, as elevators of Wynn and positioned much better, no rushing, no getting run over.
Spa Tower:
- Closer to the Conservatory, Patissary (chocolate fountains, sandwiches, etc), and to the tram that takes you to Aria and others in the "City Center".
- Rooms just as nice as in Spa Tower. They tell me that few of the rooms have a little bit of view of the Fountains. And I'm sure they have suites. Probably easier to score a suite in the Spa Tower.
- Entry to elevators is much more peaceful, quiet, nobody running over you.
So...after all that...ask for a corner room in the Bellagio Tower overlooking the Fountains, especially if you have a Host that can make it happen. But do be prepared to walk...long walk either way from the elvators.
Also, some don't like overlooking the Fountains, as they are very noisy. The water shows start up with a boom and end with a louder boom. Even higher floor doesn't make that any quieter. And for the most part if you want to watch the Fountain show you have to run to the window to see it. After years of having rooms overlooking the Fountains, I'd gotten to where I didn't care about it. But for first time stay at Bellagio, quite a nice diversion.
Ask me anything else. Good luck and have fun.

The rooms I've stayed in at NYNY appear to me to be on the smaller side of hotel rooms. Unfortunately I can't recommend a particular tower to stay in there because it's been a few years.
At Bellagio, I've only stayed in the Bellagio Tower. If you want to see the fountains, I'd try to stay on the 12th floor or higher as the view is not as good on lower floors. I've stayed in various suites there as well, but given today's pricing, I couldn't justify a suite. But their suites are nice. I haven't stayed there since they renovated the rooms, since my last stay was December 2021.

I stayed in the Spa Tower back in December. It was a non-renovated room which I think I like better because the room had a big soaking tub and a large shower. The renovated rooms just have a super sized shower. My room had a view of the interstate. 😂 But overall staying there was the best stay I have had in a Las Vegas hotel in 20+ years.
A plus with the Spa Tower is you are close to the Aria express entrance which makes it easy to get down to the south end of the strip.
Don't remember what tower but had a corner room on a high floor at end of hall, so had view of fountains and toward cosmo. You might also want to check out Vdara if you are getting comps from MGM. There is no casino but all the rooms are suites with kitchens.
I'd heard the rumor that Bellagio renovations included removal of bathtubs, shower only. That would disappoint me...I like a late night soak.

Don't complain. In two years there'll be a water surcharge, $1 every time you use the sink, $2 every time you flush the toilet, and $5 every time you use the shower.* In fact, quite possibly those "renovations" include the installation of meters and credit card terminals.
*No fair taking soap and a washcloth down to the pool, either.

It's more than a rumor. We stayed in the main tower in April and all the renovated rooms (I imagine some suites are exceptions) no longer had tubs, but walk in showers instead.

Thank you, AKQJ10. I'm guessing this reduces workload on housekeeping. Still will miss the soaking tub if I ever stay there again.
