Circus Circus, and 47 adjacent acres, goes to Ruffin for $825 million. Bellagio goes to Blackstone (private equity company) for $4.25 billion. MGM will rent the Bellagio for $250,000,000 per year ($685,000 per day), and will likely operate the business usual................squeezing every penny from every customer.
I suspect that Ruffin will pump money into Circus Circus.
