Best Steakhouse of CET LV properties

I'm looking for a great steak with not a lot of frills. We're meat and potato lovers. Don't need sauces to mask the flavor of a good steak, it should be great on it's own. Ribeye, filet, porterhouse or NY strip are our usual picks. So which of the remaining CET Vegas restaurants would you recommend?

We're trying to use up some reward credits, so restaurant must accept reward credits for payment. Not staying at CET property so can't charge to room.

Thank you for your recommendation.
Ruth Chris - Harrahs
Mesa Grill - Caesars
Old Homestead - Caesars
My two cents:

Gordon Ramsay at Paris
Old Homestead at CP

Strip Steak at Planet Hollywood is solid as well though I thought my steak was over seasoned on one of two occasions. Love the roasted bulb of garlic as a garnish.
Thanks, I forgot CP had an Old Homestead and Ruth Chris at Harrah's.

friedmush, regarding those roasted garlic bulbs as garnish, we went to Fiore at Harrahs Rincon(indian casino in North San diego county) and my husband thought it was some exotic vegetable and he ate the whole thing. I think it was first time in a few years we've driven the car with the windows down.

I've never been disappointed at Bally's Steakhous, but it is closing Feb.8.

Joy
Haven't been to Ramsay's yet, but will be in February. I imagine it will make my list then.
I love Old Homestead at Caesar's Palace. The service was attentive, the food delicious and I loved the Baked Alaska to share at the end.

I have eaten at Gordon Ramsay's Steak in Paris and have been very disappointed. The place was terribly pretentious. Why did I think it was pretentious? Let me think, could it be based on the four pouting hostesses in their short black sheer dresses and attitude who pressed my party to wait in the crowded, loud bar (hopefully to suck up drinks) while we waited to be seated (even if we had reservations)? Maybe it was the faux chunnel at the entrance of the bar which the hostess explained was a stylistic version of the "chunnel" beneath the English Channel? Perhaps it was the extra loud noise being pumped through the restaurant so I could barely talk to my friends during dinner? Could it be that the layout on the second floor (do I want to take the stairs or an elevator?) which precludes my ability to catch the eye of my waiter unless he wants to be seen? I've got it! All of the above proves that Gordon Ramsey steakhouse is the "hot" "new" steakhouse which disappointed me and made me yearn and run back to the Old Homestead which is what a real steakhouse should be.
Gordon Ramsay Steak, went 3 times, 2 times we were upstairs so requested to be seated downstairs just to get a more involved experience. That was a mistake, we were right at the entrance of the downstairs tables and with each and every party that was being seated, we got to hear the spiel about the place. That neon sculpture of Ramsay's hand movement on the ceiling is hideous. Food was good, but I'm not a foo foo type food eater and some of it was a big waste of money for what we were being served. I want a real potato, not a splash of potato puree.
Skip them all and go to "The Steakhouse" at Circus Circus
I too was impressed by the Circus Circus Steakhouse. It is an oasis of "Old School Vegas pampering" in the middle of a desert of tired, crying kids and gambling parents on a tight budget. But the originator of the thread asked for CET steakhouse suggestions.
