I saw in the December LVA issue that it was "rumored" that Buzios at the Rio was closing. It took me only a phone call to them to find out they are closing 12 Dec. WTF? Nobody at LVA have the time to call?
I posted here on the boards awhile back (in late September I believe) that on our last trip that the employees we always talk to there were saying it would likely close after the Rodeo in December. The Rio's website says the new restaurant (Guy Fieri's place) is scheduled to open in the Spring (I believe in April).
Because of your earlier post I began checking if and when it would close. When I called the restaurant to find out the actual closing date I also asked if they would reopen elsewhere. Sadly the answer was "no".
