CAEARS HARRAHS $5 JOB

Do all Caesars Properties require 2 and one half times the normal amount of coin in to get one point on $5 JOB machines? I was to be more specific looking into Las Vegas and Reno properties. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any information you could give me on this,

Also if this is true, what is now the best way to get to Diamond status assuming one plays video poker?

Unless something just changed or coin in varies for higher denomination machines, each $10 coin in playing video poker equals 1 tier point. Each $5 coin in playing slots equals 1 tier point.

I don't play video poker at the $5 level.

Lindsay, The requirement for one point at Caesars Resorts LV properties has risen significantly to $25 per point on 8/5 bonus as well as 9/6 JB machines. For multiplay machines for those games it was increased to $50 per point!

If you ask me, your best way of attaining diamond is through VP in Atlantic City, where this change has yet to be made.

Where did the information about $25 per point in Las Vegas come from?

The machines with 9/6 JoB and most of the 8/5 BP machines in Las Vegas have stickers right by the card reader slots saying they take $25 or $50 per tier credit. I've seen these with my own eyes in Las Vegas.

This is noted on VPFree2 as well.

I won't be in Las Vegas again until Nov 7, but you can be assured I will check on this. Assuming you're right, then it would be more advantages to play 7/5 Bonus...at least for point accumulation. If this were to become Caesarsdom wide, that would certainly eliminate many of their Diamond and 7 Star players.

I'm here now. All the machines with respectable pay tables have the 1 point for $25 stickers on them.
