Caesars coffee makers

Labor Day weekend we had two rooms, both in Palace Tower (one for us, one for husband's son & wife). Our room was a petite suite and theirs was a regular room. Ours did NOT have the Keurig machine, theirs did. Go figure.

I had one in one of the Palace Tower petite suites in February. In hindsight getting the coffee from the minibar would have been a whole lot less expensive than playing in the casino for several hours looking for a CW to bring me some coffee. And I would have had coffee too!
It pays to get coffee in the food court right before the poker pit in the main casino before you stick $$ into a machine.

I am saddened to know CE found another way to get $$ out of us by charging us inroom coffee.
Bally's doesn't (yet)
Is never a problem with me. I just take my own small coffee maker along with a pound of Starbucks Italian Roast. The little coffee rings simply end up as swill (Ohhh...I'm such a coffee snob).

I've never known Casears to charge for either more coffee or the makers. Is it because I'm a Diamond member? I was never asked. But when a call into housekeeping is made, one shows up at my door with no charge on my bill. Has things changed?
sionow............are you saying housekeeping showed up with free Keurig cup coffees for ya?
If so, that IS a deal.

I think the best deal at Caesars is get the Continental breakfast, room service.
It comes with a small pot of coffee and juice.
Really GOOD coffee too.

And with paper cups in the room, where Keurig is..........can take your coffee ta go.

I noticed that in the room we had in the Augustus Tower not only was the K-cup pod in the mini-bar but so was the cup.
Next trip we will pack a coffee cup and some of our assorted K-cup pods to use with their coffee maker.
Husband now says other coffee is swill.
I think he is spoiled.
We don't use a coffee maker in the room, ever, so if we don't have one, we don't ask.

One thing I forgot to add: Our petite suite was booked on my card (diamond) and didn't have a coffee maker. The other room was booked on Scott's card (gold) and DID have the Keurig.
