Does anyone have a list of the bars, etc, that are participating in the lounge drink vouchers? These are a substitue for the lounges being closed. I know that it allows for 4 drinks less than $20 each per person per day, but I can't find a list of places to redeem. I have tried to contact Total Rewards via Facebook and they don't have a clear answer.

I found the list on the Seven Stars Insider website prior to our June 13th trip. It is likely still posted somewhere within that sight. The bars that I recall being on the list:
-Bugsys at Flamingo
-All pool bars Flamingo
-Vista Cocktail Lounge Caesars
-Monetcristo Cigar Bar Caesars
-Vanderpump Caesars
The beach bar at Flamingo had no idea what I was talking about when I said I wanted to use the benefit.
Bugsys knew of the benefit but each time said it was a hassle for them to ring up the drinks. They were nice about it to me but always explained what a hassle it is. More than once I got a round of drinks free because they didn't want to bother going through excessive screens on the register to bring up the benefit.
Vista Cocktail Lounge was excellent. As I approached the bar with my Diamond Plus card in hand, the bartender immediately asked if I would like to use the Laurel Lounge benefit. He did politely say he had to use a computer in back and was gone for a few moments but no issues. The liqour selection was outstanding. A much better selection than what was offered at Bugsys and even better than the Laurel Lounges. Everything we ordered was covered under the benefit. I am Diamond Plus and my spouse is 7*. Once we discovered Vista we kept returning for the remainder of our trip. The lounge itself was very comfortable - big oversized chairs and tables. It was quiet even with slots a hundred feet away. Great for people watching.
I suggest checking at a Caesars Rewards desk when you arrive. They will likely have a more current list since Paris, and soon Ballys, are open.

I have a trip planned for 7/27-31. I have been pondering as to whether or not the Diamond/ Laurel Lounges will be an opt to use. You cleared up my doubts.
