Caesar's Hypocrisy

I think it is hypocrisy for Caesars to allow a convicted felon, Chris Brown to perform at Drai's nightclub at the Cromwell after the way they treated Paula Deen. Deen used a bad word over 30 years ago while recounting to her husband the story of a robbery where a gun was stuck in her face and Caesars cut ties with her. Now they are paying a convicted felon who punched a defenseless woman in the face $500,000 to perform 10 shows. That is disgraceful
It is and will forever be about the money. Human morality is way down the list for this corporation.
I agree with you. I could only find an email address that went to total rewards, I did find an snail mail address, so I might send them a letter also. I guess the new CEO doesn't want to hear from people, when Gary Loveman was in charge, you find his email address, I haven't been able to find Mark Frissora's email.

Please voice your opinion on this issue, at least send mail to [email protected] about this thug.

I am a member of a thing called caesars circle, they ask my opinion of different issues, I can't wait to get my next email, I am going to really give them my opinion on Chris Brown

Wow, the response I got from Caesars just blew my mind. They really don't care about anything except the mighty dollar. The response came from my local Harrahs and if you ever go to Joliet Harrahs, the new Flavors buffet is no where near as good as Paula Deen Kitchen was, we only eat there if they send us coupons.

Thank you for your comments about Caesars Entertainment. I'm fairly certain that the entertainers are chosen when keeping in mind the amount of seats that can be sold out. Not by what their personal life involves. Our Flavors restaurant has been open for a year or more, Paula Deen is a lot of water under the bridge.

From now on when I get a survey from any Caesar's property, I will mark N/A to every question and at the end when it asks for comments, my reply will be " What difference does my opinion make? As long as you get my money, you could care less."

What a alienating response from a customer service representative. No attempt made to smooth things over or respect your opinion. Companies wonder why they lose customers? There is your answer.
