Caesars Rooms > Which is better?

>>> Roman Tower Room
>>> Forum Tower Deluxe King Room

for the first time in a long time I can get comp room at Caesars
during the month of December so I want to take advantage of it if they are nice

I can also get basic rooms at Paris and Planet Hollywood
as well as all Harrahs/Caesars properties except the Nobu tower

so which is the best...for the PRICE :-) ?

price ='s free
I would select the Forum Tower Deluxe and hope for a complimentary upgrade to Augustus or Palace Towers.
If you can get the Augustus Tower at Caesars - if I would go for that one.

Assumin you are a Diamond level player (since you get free rooms at Caesars), it is nice that the Diamond checkin and Diamond lounge are in the Augustus Tower. Also a back enterance to the pool.

I am not A Diamond Player....

I used to be .....about 4 years ago...
have been Gold since then
only get to LV about once per yr (January)
and sometimes NOLA in the summer time

but it has been since January at in Caesars/Harrahs property

Hopefully I can get upgraded...
thanks!

I always go for the highest room class available on my calendar so if they are so inclined, the next step up will be a good one. I have not been in a Forum room but the reviews are decent and the Forum Tower is actually one of the closest to the casino.
Just got back on Tuesday. We stayed in a comped room at the forum tower. The room was great, just had a shower only and no spa tub. I believe all of the other towers have a tub. We stayed last time in Augustus and the Palace the time before. The Palace was actually the best room but they both were quite a walk from anywhere. The forum is right by the casino and close to the parking ramp.

You can not go wrong with any room there. It is so much nicer than most other properties.
We had booked a comped Forum Tower room and just asked for an upgrade when we got there. They moved us to a Palace Tower suite.
I just returned from a weekend stay from Caesers and got a BEAUTIFUL room in Augustus on the 38th floor. Overlooked the Bellagio Fountains and was very spacious with a seperate couch, table and chairs. One nice thing is that the set of elevators goes to the 36th floor and above so there weren't a lot of stops.
I am staying in Octavius for the first time in December for the Great Gift Wrap Up.

If I were you, I would change that to the Augustus Tower. Octavius, no big whoop.
