Can C.E.T. cancel a comped offer?

If I book an on line offer through my Total rewards i.e 5 nights comped in August at the Planet Hollywood which showed up under my T.R offers and I book it. And then I book a similar offer at Paris in November. I then print up both confirmations and get both confirmations emailed to me also( that I print up).

Can C.E.T. cancel either one of those????
Hi Champster..
I guess anything is possible, why do you ask?
I don't think they should cancel because they are separate offers. But who can figure out CET these days. You're fortunate to get 5 night offers. The best I get is 3 nights mid week.
Noahcat - Im asking because of a development over the past 2 days....

Last week I took Harrahs resorts ( in A. C.) up on a 2 day comped offer. Why they offered me anything was beyond me but 2 days from them and 2 days fro the Borgata, made the trip to A. C. for a few days
(first time to A. C. in 6 years). Played at Harrahs and Showboat exclusivly for 2 days Weds-Friday. Vp, Paigow and (at Harrahs) limit hold em!! I returned home Saturday feeling somewhat good about my play.

I began checking to see if anything popped up in my Total rewards box Sunday and saw nothing. The reason I was checking because my girl got her vacation request back Saturday and we are off to Vegas August 12th sooooo I was hoping that CET would show me a little love. Didn't see any offers and so I proceeded to look at the rates for any of thier properties because Kim (my girl) really wanted to stay near the strip!

Low and behold when I get to August - and click "All Las Vegas properties"...All these "comp" days showed up. Every casino/hotel except Ceasars (which actually had 6 days comped in August) was offering non stop days (which I discovered later would be a max of 5 days each stay soooo yours truly went to booking Planet hollywood for 5 in August...Paris for 5 in November and Planet Hollywood for 5 after christmas. Couldn't book anymore so I guess 3 - 5 day stays is the max!

Once I finished I thought could this be a mistake?? My tier score (all which was earned in 48 hours at Harrahs and Showboat) was 2580. I have no idea what tier score is but it showed up on my TR report. I knew what Rewards credits were (and that they expire sooner than later) and I didn't want to leave any in A. C. (since I doubt that we would be returning their nor staying at a CET property in Vegas in August) so we ate them up at the end of each night! And at the Showboat coffee shop which is right before the self parking garage on my way out the door to head home to Buffalo NY!

And so thats why I posted this last night becasue I thought it was too good to be true.

P.s. P.m. C.L.V. last night and she said "just go for it"!!!!!

Unless you're going to burn though a bunch of offers, pick up stuff with no play between now and August, you should be fine. A tier score of 2580 is good play for 2 or 3 days. As CLV said, "just go for it."
Thanks Lisa!!!!
Thats a good tier score for 2 days IMO. We normally get 500-700 points in a day and we get free nights at most Vegas locations. Thats why you are getting the good room offers.

I think you are smart to book as much as you can/need now. If your average play drops in the future, your free nights will also.

I have never heard of Caesars/Harrahs going back on free room comps.

Nothing makes a whole lotta sense on the CE site- you know to always print out the comformations number and bring a printed copy.... CE/HET is like being Alice through the looking glass... up is down and down is up.
gotta nab the rooms when you can.. or like CLV.. hang up from Peggy and try again

Yep Dave. I booked 5 comped days in August (P.H.), 5 in Nov (Paris) and 5 in Dec (P.H.). T. R. wouldnt let me book anymore!. I'm amazed what a few hours of 3 line progressive 8/5 BP at Ballys, quarter JOB and DDB at Harrahs and 2 handed Paigow at Showboat can do for a fella ( and his tier score)!

And.....

Noahcat - I'm glad C. L. V. ran intereference for me with "Peggy"!
My comped rooms online are ALWAYS better than my offers. I've booked a ton of rooms showing comped on the calendar, which later turned to not comped, but my confirmation showed comped. Never had even a tiny problem at all.

Based on my experience, you are good to go...and enjoy!
