Yes it can be turned in for slot play but you usually only get a 2 for 1 return. Instead of 100 credits being worth a dollar it takes 200 for 1 dollar of free play. I am sure every place is different on how you can turn it in. Down at Horseshoe Southern Indy you can go to the kiosk to redeem your points.
