Can you earn Tier credits on free play at CET Vegas properties?

My sister has this wonderful $500 freeplay or gas card offer she's using next weekend. She was thinking of taking the freeplay since she needs to build up some tier credits and thought that would not cost her any of her cash. She may want to rethink that idea if she won't be earning tier credits.

What about reward credits?

She's staying at CP comped.

At Joliet your free play does give you tier credits. I would think it's the same at all the properties.

Jean Scott wrote about something she had seen in the 7 Star Insider that CET is phasing in no tier credits on freeplay, only Jean Scott had put no reward credits in her blog. I looked at the June issue of 7 Star Insider and it mentions tier credits as not being earned at some of the casinos already and it is to be phased in at the others.

When I was at either Reno or Tahoe Harrahs properties this week I thought I wasn't being credited tier credits off my freeplay

Ak-Chin no longer gives tier credits when you download free play using total touch.

In the past the coupons you got from the IP slot tournament did give tier credits. Kansas City does not give tier for free play. Last week in Tunica Harahs did not, but Roadhouse did.

No points for free play in Cincy, but I have noticed if you have a voucher for fp (funny money) you get points at locations. If you have to put in a code to access free play then no points.

So if I've got this right, it's going to take $25 of freeplay on slot($50 on vp) to earn 1 tier credit from freeplay in Las Vegas.
