Ceasar's Resort Fees

Does anyone know if the new resort fees include wi-fi in the rooms? Several places say internet access, but not whether you need to be hard wired into the system. I am staying at the Flamingo on a work/vacation combo and will only have a tablet. I need to know if I should bring a full laptop.

Just got back from a stay at Bally's. The wi-fi is included in the resort fee. It works fine with a tablet. You have to sign up for it every day - it gets charged to your room and then they take it off (probably to make sure you don't connect with more than one device b/c only one device is included in the resort fee)
