Am I reading the LVA information correctly? It is now $20 to eat at any of their breakfast buffets? How can they justify charging $19.99 to eat at the Quad when it's only $17.99 to eat at the Bellagio?

They'll probably just say that their customers requested it, just like they requested the resort fee!!
