CET's FAQ's Questions get answers...quick

I've been trying to contact my host for several days and finally gave up. Went to the FAQ"S section and sent off a question on getting my $100 dinner (the bonus one for going over 40K last year) credited to my upcoming RIO visit. Within 2 hours got the answer that it would be waiting for me.
Thats 3 times I've used that method and every time the answer came back the same day and the problem was taken care of.
So much for using hosts.

I used the FAQ last weekend to submit a request. No response yet.
Nothing I desperately need.
Perhaps they have mailed the information I need, which is actually what I requested.
We'll see this weekend when we check our mailbox.
But I expected some sort of a reply, and acknowledgment.

In days past, I could use the Harrah's web site "contact us" message system, and I always got a quick and friendly reply.

I think things are in SNAFU mode right now with CET. Hope they recover.
