Check In lines at Linq and Caesars Palace

Can Platinum card holders use the Diamond check in lines at the Linq and Caesars?

When we were at Caesars in September there was a Platinum check in to the right as you were facing the check in desks. I don't know about the Linq.

The Linq has a VIP lounge or invited guest check in or some such that Platinum members can use. It's enclosed by doors from the casino floor.
