Closest Total Rewards casino to major airport?

I've not gambled anywhere other than Las Vegas and New Orleans. Harrah's NO is only 15 miles from the airport. I'm curious what other TR casinos may be close to a major airport. I'm looking to venture away from my usual. I've looked at their locations but thought maybe someone could tell me faster than map questing ever single casino with directions to airport.

Council Bluffs Horseshoe and Harrahs are fairly close to Omaha's airport. Not sure how far but they do run their shuttle over to pick folks up. North Kansas City isn't very close and does not shuttle to MCI airport.

As long as you are not driving during the evening rush hour, Ak-Chin is 25 or so minutes from the Phoenix airport.

Casino Windsor is close to Detroit Metro; but, sometimes it is time consuming to go through customs.

Harrah's Southern California (aka Rincon) is about an hour's drive from the San Diego Airport (assuming you avoid rush hour traffic).

Harrah's Gulf Coast (Biloxi) is not far from the Gulfport Airport, though I don't recommend that Harrah's property. Very, very small.
However, there are quite a few other casinos in the area.
Beau Rivage (MGM), Hard Rock, IP, Golden Nugget, Boomtown, others.

Horseshoe Cleveland is about 20 minutes from the airport. Easy access via the RTA rapid transit. Trains leave lower level of the airport and head to Tower City. Horseshoe entrance is in Tower City. No need for a car, never venture outside and a quick way to get from the airport. However, Horseshoe is ending their Total Rewards program in June 2016. After that it will be rebranded and have it's own players club.

According to Mapquest 15min --- 5.8mi.

Horseshoe Hammond Indiana. not too far from Chicago Midway. 20-25 minutes from downtown Chicago when traffic is not too bad.

I will go along with "SandyPaws" as Horseshoe and Harrahs in Council Bluffs are probably only a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Eppley airfield in Omaha. Just across the river.
